At the Seagull Centre, we’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace. These staff policies outline the values, expectations, and procedures that help guide how we work together and serve our community.
Code of Conduct
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to inform Trustees, Staff and Volunteers on the standards of conduct required. All Trustees, Staff and Volunteers are expected to act honestly, conscientiously, reasonably and in good faith at all times when carrying out their duties and in their relationships or interactions with other people.
Smoking & Vaping Policy
To ensure that every employee has a safe and healthy place in which to work.
Theft Policy
Stealing from the Seagull Centre or from other employees or volunteers will not be tolerated. Materials must not be removed from the premises without approval.
Cash Handling Policy
All funds received whether from sales or otherwise must be banked into the Seagull Trust bank account. There are no exceptions to this policy. Money handling has the potential to be a significant Health and Safety risk.
